Following JCB’s acquisition of road building equipment manufacturer Vibromax in September 2005, JCB Vibromax’s Gatersleben, Germany production facility has rolled out its 1000th unit, a single drum, 11,5 tonne VM115 soil compactor.
The machine was delivered to JCB Vibromax’s largest dealer, Alfratek of Turkey for sale on the domestic market.
Besides hitting this milestone in production the company has also reported a rise in sales of ride-on machines of +67% in 2006 compared with 2005.
